My roommate and I were pretty bored so we did a quick little shoot with my DIY Ringflash

I Am Abomination (Group 2)

First shoot with the DIY ring flash

DIY Ringflash. Materials: 1 large bowl, 1 small bowl, one Tupperware container, 2 part plastic epoxy, aluminum foil. Total cost was about $7, and a few hours of cutting holes out and gluing and sanding the plastic. Will have pictures up later on tonight.

The Cameo In (Group)

This is my first shoot outside finally being able to use my strobes. I powered the strobes through the power converter which was plugged in my car. It was kind of a sketchy way, but considering these are my first shots shooting with the 3 lights, I am fairly happy. My one critique to myself is that the main light is a little too harsh, and would have liked to diffuse more. The band featured is The Cameo In. www.myspace.com/thecameoin
